2 Hour wait at Muscat Airport

Started my 2 hour wait at Muscat Airport a little while back. Luckily for me this place has wifi, so basicly i`ll live!

Will post pictures soon, that is the moment my phone gets a good enuf signal to send the photos by mail.

As for the flight, full of surprises.

Met a guy by the name Rohit Kalia. Nice guy, going to muscat for work. Right after clearing immigration, we both were seperately picked from the line and asked to wait as we both had apparently paid for extra luggage.

Thereafter we were taken seperately and asked why are we doing so. I dont get the point that if we paid for the luggage, why should they be bothered about why we are taking the luggage.

The check in to the Intl Airport was the highlight if the trip. Absolutely no security check for the luggage, which went straight to the check in! The only time i got checked for bagagge is the counter between the gate and immigration!

And to add to the fun part, according to the X-Ray machine, my toothbrush looked like a knife. They X-Rayed it seperately!

Well, thanx to my new friend, I did not get bored during the 3 hour wait at delhi airport. And now thanx to Wi-Fi, i dont think, I will get bored here.

Good Bye Delhi

Tonight’s finally the night that I have been waiting for, for some time now.

I am finally leaving Delhi for a job abroad, which shall be a great new life for me.

As I leave, I can only look back at some of the exciting things that happened past 4 years.

For the moment, this is all that I shall be writing, as i get to the airport, if I am able to get net there, then you will see much more…
